In case of cancellation later than 30 days before the beginning date of your project, your deposit will be retained, (or you provide someone else to take your place). If you have to cancel earlier, we’ll keep 50 Euros per person/ project for administration costs & we’ll refund the rest.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, health & accident insurance. The organisation of NOMADETE cannot be held responsible for any damage to health or property during the programs. A special horse riding insurance is available at CAVALUS,
If a project is full, or in case of cancellation of our part, we’ll contact you not later than 2 weeks before the beginning date. Either, we’ll propose you another project, or - if that cannot be agreed upon - the full amount of your deposit will be reimbursed without any indemnities. We reserve the right to modify details of the programs if considered necessary.
